Hi, my name’s Steve and welcome to my blog.
The reason for starting this blog was to help others with their individual weight loss issues. I know many, many people who have struggled with losing weight and many who still do. My goal is to help as many people as possible with their struggle with losing weight and to help them live a better, healthier life.
I’ve studied the weight loss industry and there is a lot of stuff out there that just plain does not work, So I’ll be documenting my findings as we go forward in the hope that I can help you find what you need and what you are looking for to achieve your own personal goals.
On a personal level, my wife and I both enjoy going to the gym and train together regularly, it keeps us both in good shape and is a great way to socialise with like-minded people. Having a training buddy is a great way of keeping each other going when the going gets tough! We also enjoy invigorating walks at least twice a week. We make time every week to do either or both (depending on the weather!)
I’m all about value and as such, I’ll be posting lots of free information as well as healthy eating recipes, tips and tricks for weight loss and much, much more.
